MAP Health — Metabolic Aesthetics & Performance

Health optimization built around your biology.

MAP Health combines advanced bloodwork, medical weight management, peptide therapies, and hormone evaluation into one individualized approach — so you understand your health and build a plan around it.

The Gap

“Normal” doesn’t always mean optimal for you.

Reference ranges answer an important question: whether a result falls within an expected population range. They don’t always explain why you feel, perform, or respond the way you do.

MAP looks at your laboratory data alongside your symptoms, goals, lifestyle, body composition, nutrition, training, and medical history to build a more complete picture — then builds a plan around it. The philosophy is simple: get better information, understand what it means, and build a plan around the individual.

How It Works

Two ways to work with MAP.

Both paths lead to the same place — a clearer picture of your health and a plan built around it. Where you start depends on how much guidance you want first.

A self-guided assessment you can take on your own is coming soon. For now, choose one of the two paths below.

Path One

Book A Consult

Talk directly with MAP’s founder. This is a one-on-one health coaching conversation — we’ll go through your goals, personal and family history, lifestyle, and diet, and talk through what next steps make sense for you.

  • Best if you’re not sure what you need yet
  • Best if your labs look “normal” but something still feels off
  • Best if you want guidance before you decide anything

Path Two

Explore Labs & Medications

Already know what you’re looking for? Skip the consult and fill out a short questionnaire for the labs or medications you’re interested in. Once a licensed provider reviews and approves your request, it’s sent out.

  • Best if you already know what you want
  • Best if you’ve worked with MAP before
  • Best for reorders and continuing care

Where To Start

What MAP works on.

Advanced Bloodwork

Get better information.

Comprehensive laboratory testing designed to give you a clearer picture of your metabolic health, hormones, thyroid, cardiovascular markers, nutrient status, and recovery — interpreted in context, not handed over as a page of numbers.

Medical Weight Management

Lose fat with a strategy built around your health.

Clinician-guided weight management that considers medication, nutrition, muscle retention, metabolic health, and long-term sustainability — depending on clinical appropriateness, treatment may include prescription therapies such as GLP-1-based medications.

Peptide & Performance Optimization

Targeted tools. Individualized application.

Clinician-guided peptide and optimization strategies may be considered based on your goals, health history, and medical appropriateness — as part of a broader plan, not a standalone fix.

Hormone Optimization

Measure first. Treat when appropriate.

Evaluation of testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, and related biomarkers. Hormone therapy isn’t something everyone needs — treatment decisions are made with an appropriate licensed medical provider.

Who MAP Is For

If any of this sounds familiar.

“I’m doing the right things, but something still feels off.”

“I want to understand my bloodwork beyond ‘everything looks fine.’”

“I want to lose fat without sacrificing muscle and performance.”

“I’m interested in peptides or hormone optimization, but I want legitimate medical guidance.”

FAQ

Common questions.

Booking a consult means talking with MAP’s founder first — a health coaching conversation about your goals, history, and lifestyle, and guidance on what next steps make sense. Exploring labs & medications is for people who already know what they want and are ready to fill out a questionnaire and order directly.

No. The consult is a health coaching conversation with MAP’s founder, not a clinical visit — it’s a chance to talk through your goals and history and get guidance on next steps. If you decide to move forward with labs or medication, that request is reviewed and approved by a licensed medical provider before anything is sent.

Depending on your evaluation, testing may assess metabolic health, glucose regulation, insulin, thyroid function, sex hormones, cardiovascular markers, inflammation, nutrient status, and recovery or performance markers. Not every test applies to every person.

Depending on clinical appropriateness and provider evaluation, treatment may include prescription therapies such as GLP-1-based medications, alongside nutrition, training, and monitoring. Medication isn’t appropriate for everyone.

Not necessarily. MAP evaluates symptoms, labs, history, and goals before considering hormone treatment. It’s not something everyone needs, and treatment decisions are made individually.

Pricing depends on the services involved and will be presented clearly before you commit to anything.

MAP currently serves all 50 states, though available services and options may vary by state.
